SHIPPING INFO

SalonsUSA tries its best to ship out your products in the most timely and cost effective way possible. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from weather, strikes, or any conditions out of our control. Merchandise is shipped via UPS, FedEx, or freight truck lines. Rates are calculated in accordance with merchandise weight/size/dimension and delivery destination. Signature is required for delivery unless requested otherwise through the use of the Signature Waiver Form. A street address of either a residence or business is required for delivery. Shipping to a residential address will be at additional cost. P.O. Box or APO addresses are not acceptable for shipping. All orders take about 1-3 days to process. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise shipped by freight truck lines will be delivered to the curbside of your business or residence. If an attempted delivery was made and the customer was not at the location to receive the shipment, the customer will be held responsible for redelivery fees. We can only ship merchandise to United States.


EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express, Rushed, & Over-Night delivery is available on most in-stock merchandise. Charges may vary and are calculated on an individual basis. Express orders placed before 11am PST will ship out the next business day. Express orders placed after 11am PST will ship out within the next 2 business days.


FREIGHT TRUCK DELIVERY

Your order may be shipped via freight truck line depending on the size of your order. Typically, items that are large and bulky require freight truck. You have the option of shipping with a freight truck if you would like all of your merchandise to arrive together. Before accepting your delivery, you are required to inspect each and every item for damage and/or missing items. The damage and/or missing items should be noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. When there is damage and/or missing item, immediately notify the freight company and SalonsUSA. The customer must retain all packaging and accessories. If damage and/or missing item is not noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading, SalonsUSA and the freight company are not liable for any damages and/or missing items found later. Accepting delivery of the item(s) without the report of damages and/or missing items on the delivery receipt/bill of lading is your acknowledgement that the item(s) were received in 100% perfect condition and that you have received all items. The person placing the order should be the person to receive and sign for the delivery. All damage and missing items must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of merchandise to the freight company and Salons USA.


IF SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED

You must notify the deliveryman of the damage and you MUST make notes on the extent of visible damage & the probable concealed damage onto the freight bill. Contact SalonsUSA and the Delivery Company to inform them of the extent of the damages and file a damage claim. SalonsUSA and the Delivery Company will require pictures of the damages and request to inspect the merchandise. (In most cases, you may receive a cash adjustment for costs, or an arrangement for the Delivery Company to cover repair costs, or get a merchandise reimbursement.) Keep ALL original packaging materials, until your claim is settled, or for the return of your damaged merchandise. All damage claims must be addressed to the Delivery Company. UBeauty Salon is not responsible for damages incurred during transport to delivery destination. Damage claims pertaining to causes other than shipping will be reviewed and authorized for reimbursement at the discretion of our Claims Department. If merchandise is defective, notify Salons USA within 24 hours and retain ALL original materials, accessories, and packaging. Customer service representatives will instruct you on the additional steps that need to be taken. Failure to retain ALL original materials, accessories, and packaging may delay or result in the refusal of your damage claim.


BACK ORDERS

Items temporarily out-of-stock may be back-ordered at customer's request and at the discretion of Salons USA. All shipping fees & costs remain applicable to all back-orders. A customer representative will contact you with an estimated delivery time frame.


C.O.D.

No C.O.D. service is available. All merchandise have to be prepaid before shipment is made.


REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT

The customer will be held responsible for Shipping Charges (shipping charges to the customer and return shipping charges) and subject to a 25% Restocking Fee for orders that are refused at the time of delivery or returned because the customer was not at the delivery location to receive the items.

RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY


CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel an order that you placed, cancellations must be made prior to 2pm PST the day of your shipment to avoid having production-cost fees incurred. Please contact your customer service representative for the exact date of your shipment. Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on customized/special ordered merchandises or non-stock merchandises. Any changes or cancellations will be allowed, provided that the order has not been put into production. If the order has been production or happens to be en-route to its delivery destination at the time of cancellation, the customer will be held responsible for partial, if not all, costs & fees incurred. Salons USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on incorrectly priced products and incorrectly calculated shipping costs. Please allow 2-4 business days for the credit to appear on the account.


HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Contact our customer service representative and inform them of your request to return an order. Once your claim has been established, you will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number. Confirm shipping arrangements with your customer service representative, and re-package merchandise as it was upon delivery. Shipping insurance must be purchased on all return items. SalonsUSA is not responsible for damages or lost package(s) occurred during return transit. After shipping charges and any additional return/re-stocking fees have been deducted, you will receive your payment/refund. Reimbursement, credit, or exchange will only be allowed on authorized returns. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to process upon our receipt of your return.


RETURNS

There is a 25% restocking fee on all items approved for return. We will accept merchandise for return only within 14 working days of receipt, provided that the merchandise is in original condition, unused, the customer has retained all original materials, accessories, and packaging. Restocking fees may be increased if shipments are returned to us damaged or without original packaging. Salons USA will NOT accept any return on Shampoo Units that have already been installed or connected for plumbing. SalonsUSA will NOT accept any returns or exchanges on items that show signs of having been installed, used, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced. Customers must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to a return. Any item returned without a RA number will be refused or their return process will be delayed. All returns are subject to inspection before approval for a refund. Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on customized/special ordered merchandise or non-stock merchandise. Any attempts for a return past the 14-day window will remain at the discretion of SalonsUSA. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer must pay all applicable fees. The customer is responsible for providing proper packaging and may be held responsible for any additional shipping fees (i.e. call tags, shipping insurance, and repackaging). All returns will be thoroughly reviewed and authorized at the discretion of SalonsUSA Any merchandise not received in accordance with our return policy will be refused and returned to the Customer. Any additional damage to refused products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and the customer. TERMS & CONDITIONS


The services provided by SalonsUSA and its affiliates are subject to the following conditions. By shopping with us, you accept the following conditions. Please read them carefully.


PRODUCT WARRANTY

SalonsUSA warrants to the original purchaser that all equipment and salon furniture are free from material defects in material and workmanship for a limited period of time starting from the original date of purchase. All equipment and salon furniture carried by SalonsUSA come with a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty, except hydraulic pumps, which come with a limited 2-year warranty. Shampoo unit fixtures and parts have a warranty period of 90 days. Ceramic flat irons have a warranty period of 60 days. Equipment parts and accessories have a warranty period of 30 days. ALL equipment and salon furniture are to be used and operated by qualified, trained, licensed professionals ONLY. SalonsUSA is NOT liable for any improper use of equipment and furniture and any other consequential damages. SalonsUSA does not warrant on color variation over wood, fabric, and laminated materials. Fabrics and laminated materials are not warranted against wear, fading, staining, soiling, crushing, peeling, chipping, or all of which are influenced by the user created environment or to the care of which the product is exposed to during use. This limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper installation, excessive use, or alteration. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement and remain at our discretion. Accessories and replacement parts may be available for purchase on select merchandise. Extended warranties are available on selected items. Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers is not authorized by SalonsUSA and may affect equipment performance and voids all product warranties. Warranty service is provided by SalonsUSA only and requires that the product(s) be shipped and delivered to our authorized service agent for repair. The warranty does NOT cover shipping charges to and from our repair centers. Customers must receive an Authorization for Repair number (AR Number) before shipping merchandise to our service center. All repaired items will be returned to the customer either by UPS, FedEx, or through a commercial trucking company. SalonsUSA is not responsible for any consequential damages and injuries resulting from equipment/furniture failure or service delays. This warranty is non-transferable.


PRODUCT MAINTENANCE/SERVICE

All our equipment and furniture are to be used by trained licensed professionals only. Customer has the responsibility to make sure the product purchased is for your own intended use. Never leave clients unattended while using our equipment or furniture. Bed or chair must be at lowest position before allowing clients to get on and off the bed/chair. Always assist clients while they are getting on or off the bed or chair. Do not lean, sit, or step at the edge of bed/chair as it may tip over and cause injury. Customers MUST periodically check and tighten ALLconnections on assembled furniture and equipment monthly. If bed or chair has reclining function, the backrest must be at upright position before client is getting off the chair. For all Facial Steamers and all Equipment: use ONLY distilled water in the steamer and do not add essential oils or any other additives in the jar; MUST change distilled water daily. Discard distilled water left in jar from the previous day; do NOT re-use the distilled water; Steamer MUST emit vapor before service on your client and Steamer nozzle MUST be 18" away from your client at 45-60 degree angle; Do NOT apply Steamer nozzle directly on client's face and body; wash the glass jar every day with liquid detergent and wipe the heating element with a clean dry cloth; do NOT fill the glass jar above the top red line; do NOT add additional distilled water during operation, unit MUST unplug and turn off; Soak the heating element and operate Steamer in a solution of one part vinegar and five parts water for 5-10 minutes if a white mineral deposit should form and rinse with distilled water thoroughly, repeat as necessary; do NOT turn on steamer without distilled water in steamer jar; do NOT change accessories with power on and disconnect the power cord before changing accessories. Improper use of equipment and furniture may result in injury.


PAYMENT

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept payment through check, money order or wire transfer. Payments through check and money order require that the funds are cleared by the bank before the products are shipped. It usually takes 5-7 business days for checks and money orders to clear.

Payment through Visa, Mastercard or Discover require that the items be shipped to the card's billing address. We can ship to alternate shipping addresses if the shipping address is verified with any of the 4 verification options listed below. Please note that if you have already submitted an order on our website and your billing and shipping addresses are different, SalonsUSA may require you to do the Shipping Address Verification options. Your order will not be processed until your verification and payment has been confirmed.


SHIPPING ADDRESS VERIFICATION

There are three options to verify your shipping address:

(1) Credit Card Authorization Form - Fill out a Credit Card Authorization form, verifying that you want your items to be shipped to a different address than your billing address. This Credit Card Authorization form can be email or fax to you. This Credit Card Authorization form must returned back to SalonsUSA before your order can be process or ship.

(2) Register the Alternate Address with your Bank - Contact your bank who issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Give us the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card so we could verify that the shipping address is registered with your bank. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

(3) Small Charge Verification -

What we do: We charge your credit card an amount greater than $0, but less than $3.00USD. We contact you via phone or email informing you that we have assessed the small charge.

What you do: You contact the bank associated with that credit card to learn the exact amount of the small charge. It will show up as a charge by Salons USA,Call us at to confirm the charge and finish processing your order. We will either void the small charge or credit it to your balance.
